This platter could date back to 1854. It measures 10 ½” wide. On the back it has an impressed mark, thebackstamp “Beauvais” and the number 10. There are no scratches, chips, utensil marks,cracks or crackling and it is in very good condition. It is in a gentlyused, if not unused, condition with no damage and minimal wear, if any. Please see pictures for accurate description.

As is standard with Englishchina, there may be small factory flaws such as tiny bits of ash andtransfer trapped under the glaze on the backside only. Imperfections are naturally embedded from theartists hand craft and painting.

Note: “Ironstone\" is a stone ware, durableenough for everyday use, not as delicate as porcelain.
