AntiqueDoulton Burslem England Silverplate Trim Painted Porcelain Bowl; #SW1Y94, circa1891.Thisexquisite bowl was made by Doulton in Burslem, England. It measures 9-3/4” indiameter with a smaller 7-1/2” diameter opening, and stands about 3-3/4” tall. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. Therim is silverplated and the exterior is hand painted with gold, floraldecoration on a pink wash background. The bottom is marked with the Doultonmark, and hand signed with SW1Y94 C3556 andan initial signature. The porcelain markand C number date this piece to 1891.
