This beautiful vegetable bowl has been in one family for over one hundred years. Excellent condition, like new. It is brilliant blue and a substantial piece, measuring 8 inches across at the top of the inside of the bowl. From handle to handle, it measures 10 inches across. It is 7 inches tall from base to top of lid handle. There are no stains in it, no cracks, and no chips. However, if you enlarge the picture of the lid, you might see a tiny, barely visible worn spot on the right side of the top handle (you can feel it with a finger--the glaze seems to have worn). Also, if you enlarge the picture of the plain inside of the lid, there is a barely visible hairline crack, or craze, where the handle attaches. You would have to shine a light on it to see it. Otherwise, the bowl looks new! It weighs 2 lbs. 15 oz.
