Antique * Doulton\'s Improved Foot Warmer * Lambeth Pottery London* Incised screw off top *This is from my personal collection. We are downsizing and my goodies must go:( Please check out my other antique and vintage listings I can combine shipping. We purchased this from an estate in Ohio 45 years ago. This is an antique and is from the late 1800\'s.It is in great antique condition without any chips, breaks, repairs etc. normal markings from use on the bottom and raw edgeThis Foot warmer is printed on on both sides - the same wordage - \"Doulton\'s Improved Foot Warmer- Lambeth Pottery London\" so you could display it facing either way. I did take pics of both sides ( you have to look at the end to see which way it is facing)the top of the warmer has a screw off ceramic top with \" Doulton\'s - Limited - Lambeth\" incised on the top. This is where you would put the warm water in. The bottom length wise is not glazed. The underside that it lays on seems to have had a pad or something attached to it at some point. (probably to protect furniture from scratching)Size: is about 12 inches long It is about 6 1/2 inches tall to the top of the screw off top.
