This is a fantastic very old 8 inch tall tea tin, the Codville Company in Winnipeg was built in the early 1900s. I do believe this is very old. It does have the usual damage expected from such an old tin, and likely improperly stored but it survived! The tin has rust and dents and wear to letteringand theback side is slightly better than the display side. It does open and close. The great thing about this tin is it is not onlyadvertising tea and Winnipeg Manitobabut has also listed Brandon Saskatoon and Moose Jaw. It is rusty, it is worn, see all photos as it is sold as is.
