This decoupage and paint decorated small document box measures 9 1/8\" long by 5\" high by 5\" wide. It is decorated with leaves and painted underneath with a dark brown. It is dated inside the top as June 28 1831. It is also signed inside near the date but I cannot make out the last name. It reads \"Joseph Farth(?)\". The lock mechanism is completely intact and the key is included. This is very rare to have a small document box decorated in this way, being signed and dated as well as having the original skeleton key! There is some loss to the leaves and some chips. Please look at the photos carefully. It is in very strong structural condition. Please ask any questions before offerding.
