I am relisting as I had the duration ending after Thanksgiving and wanted the buyer to have this in time for Thursday. 

I was the first person to ever open this. The family who owned it from their grandfather never knew what this was. When I pulled it open gently, it was stuck. A piece of the paper mache is still stick to to the neck opening. I was flabbergasted that it had never been opened! See photos of neck cardboard opening. There is a small bit of paint lifting/cracking behind both legs where the wings are attached to the body. The Candy Container is approx. 6\" tall to the tip of the tail. One wing was perfectly glued back on at the lowest section. Gorgeous facial detailing and ribbed molding of gobbler. Yellow eyes with center black pupil.  Metal feet
