For your consideration is an antique snuff/pill box that was recently acquired at an estate sale. This is an appealing & desirable box. This box was made by Sydney & Co. silversmiths around 1907. It was made for the Elgin Academy which has a history going back to the middle ages. This box is exactly as found & it does show wear. It can be polished or dispalyed as is. The aged patina is visually pleasing. It is an attractive box that will be a fine addition to any serious collection.
