Offered for sale is this beautiful 19th century pate-sur-pate vase with a reticulated rim and elephant head handles. I would think the most likely makers are either Minton or Worcester. Please excuse the reflections in the pictures.

SIZE: It is approximately 11 inches across from handle to handle and 8.25 inches tall.

CONDITION: The back of the vase has 2 hairlines with associated tiny flea bites. One starts at the corner of the rim and extends down about 2.5 inches. The other starts at the bottom of the rim and goes to below the female portrait. There are a few flakes to the feet and one short hairline down from the rim on one side. Please see the close up pictures.

MARKS: I can not find the makers mark. There is an intentional hole down inside near the base which could be a clue to the maker. This is a feature found on some Minton vases.
