These antique items are from my parents’ estate: Reinerts candy store established 1905, Germantown, Philadelphia, PA ( please see last two photos).

Here are some historic photos—of Reinerts Candy and Ice Cream: my great grandfather is driving down Broad street in his huppmobile advertising Reinerts ! My great grandfather, Emil Reinert, made the candy (“famous butter creams”) in the basement of the store with Gus. Both are seen here! You could smell the melted chocolate (in the “coating room” above the store) and the confections being made in the basement factory as soon as you walked in the store!
