This is a really attractive fan - it is large, measures 13\" by 23\", and with a beautifully painted floral design. It is signed on the upper right - Dailliard. The sticks are carved wood, painted in a gold design. It has a brass loop. The colors are very pretty.Except for the mended left guard and it\'s attached to the next sticks, as well as the two stains, the fan is in very good condition for it\'s age.
