It doesn\'t have a flint but it has a slot for one and a cap that unscrews under the wheel.
It\'s Whimsical and probably made a statement at one time. It was found in Paris France and has lots of patina chips in the stone base but nothing to the bronze really.
Definitely something to get for that person who has everything.
