Antique French Court Half Doll Lady Porcelain China German Powder Puff Pin Swan:

This beautiful little half doll is made up of glazed china (porcelain) and is delicately hand painted. She is molded as a Colonial type lady or a courtesan of the 18th century French Court, reminds me of Marie Antoinette with her elaborate coiffure. She has open and returning arms, one hand flirtatiously holding a fan, while the other is at her hip. She is marked \"188\", I think, on the back. Good condition with no chips or cracks. She measures 2.78\" tall.

The piece has appropriate wear consistent with age. This item came from a large collection of related antique and vintage vanity and boudoir accessories from a longtime collector in Italy. I will be listing more items from her estate in the next few weeks including several of her half dolls.

This would make a fantastic addition to your vanity collection or just a pretty display piece in your boudoir.
