Antique French Doll Needs TLC Paper Mache? Feet Marked Gon Or Con 7?:

This doll needs help and I think she might be paper mache. Her body has made in France on her and she is very beautiful but I know she needs help as her fingers are broken and her hair is loose she has some chipping on her legs. Her feet are marked maybe con or gon7 on the bottom? and have little nails. I cannot get her clothes off with out ripping them and she appears to have straw under some of her clothing. Arms and legs look to be composition maybe. I don\'t know what she is worth. She is about 19 inches long.
