Superb antique French ceiling light fixture from the late 19thc/early 1900s.The shade is in frosted glass with a very pretty cut decoration. It comes with its original fitting. There\'s a hidden hook which just needs a screw or sturdy metal wire to close the hook.It\'s fitted with a brass socket for a standard bayonet bulb.

Very good condition. The shade has no chips or cracks and the gilt bronze has a nice antique patina.A lovely, authentic period light for a hallway or small room.
