Beautiful antique French ceiling light fixture from the late 19thc/early 1900s.The shade is in frosted glass with fine cut decoration, gadroons and a star at the tip.The original ceiling mount is in gilt bronze and is very ornate and imposing. There\'s a hidden bale inside the ceiling gallery for fixing to the ceiling.It comes unwired.

Very good condition. The shade has no chips or cracks and the gilt bronze has a nice antique patina with a good deal of the gold overlay.
