Clock winds up and runs fast when pendulum is not in place. Once the pendulum is put in place the weight of the pendulum stops the clock. It has a bell that rings on the hour and rings the number that corresponds to the time. On the half hour it rings as well. This part is working. I adjusted the pendulum but could not get it to run accurately. One marble column has a vintage repair see close ups pic 5. Dial face is clean and in good condition and so is the glass. All ornamental pieces are in nice shape. The case metal and metal parts (i believe its brass) has some tarnishing and settled dust. I gently dusted her off but that is it. I will leave detailed cleaning to the new owner. The pendulum is marked England and may not be original to this piece.
Comes with the wind up key Clock measures about 16 inches tall by almost 9 inches wide. Nice antique clock to add to your collection!
