Here we have an antique French Limoges Charles Ahrenfeldt Tea/Coffee/Chocolate Pot/Lidded Pitcher
Limoges porcelain, beautifully executed and decorated by a Ahrenfeldt professional factory artist with both transfer and hand painted accents. Detailed scattered pink and yellow flower clusters and green stems and leaves, trimmedwith hand applied gold floral bands and gold gilding accents
Six paneled flared body with ornately fashioned handle, spout and finial with gold embellished detail
A very ornate Limoges porcelain in excellent condition with no damage at all
Measures approximately 7 3/8 inches to top finial and about 7 inches from handle to spout
Marked with the Limoges Charles J. Ahrenfeldt Factory white ware Mark 4 in green underglaze, and the Charles J. Ahrenfeldt decorater mark 8b in green overglaze c. 1894 - 1930, and the renowned Philadelphia purveyors of the finest china, Tyndale & Mitchell Co. Philadelphia. With the Tyndale & Mitchell Co. association, I would date this piece to the earlier part of the period
