Beautiful Antique French LOUIS PHILIPPE Solid Walnut Armoire. Measurers 84 1/2 inches high by 46 inches wide body (49 inches wide at bonnet) by 17 1/2 inches deep body (19 inches deep at bonnet). The two shelves are removable and there is provision for a rod under the upper shelf.
Handmade, hand planed solid wood, second half of the 19th century (1860s to 1880s), but the shelves are new replacements (redwood). Includes original lock and key. Stationary door uses a hand wrought iron hook (see image).
This is a very nice original condition armoire. Obviously, there are dents and scratches--it is over 100 years old.
Ground floor delivery within 100 miles of Petersburg, Virginia is only $150. Greater distances are negotiable. Please note that if we deliver the armoire, it is not returnable. If you pick it up, you may return it within 30 days in its present condition, and we will refund your purchase in full. This smaller armoire does not disassemble.
