Antique FRENCH PEWTER LITER SCOOP, PITCHER MEASURE Strange Engraved Markings:

Consider offerding on this interesting, rare,Pewter, marked Liter on handle Liquid Measuring Pitcher or Scoop....Not sure of its engraved calibration stamps (markings) along the top rim area of pitcher.. Also there are three individual stamped, engraved markings on base (picture 11)...I have researched and could not find anything that describes these marks (if someone knows, please email me)..I am guessing this might be from France???

I presume the calibration markings represent accuracy when tested for measurement...

Light signs of previous use and ownership needs to be taken into consideration of its vintage age.. Nice condition with some signs of previous use as surface scratches..one area on top is slightly bent inwards (picture 7 & 8)...A nice polish would make this piece a interesting item for any collector in mind..

Comes from a smoke-free home, but we do have pets in our household, so there might be some fly away pet hair, so I am apologizing in advance...
