This doll is approximately 74 years old. I believe early 40\'s doll, composition, cloth body, jointed with hand painted face. I know that due to age the skirt was replaced. All other clothing is original and placed on body with tiny pins. The clogs (shabot) has FRANCE printed on the bottoms. There is a letter that came with the doll that says wwII GI brought home for his niece after WWII. I was told she had a tag that said Lorraine.
