Antique G. S. PERRY No. 7 adjustable cast iron school desk or table legs. Made in Boston, MA. They adjust from a low setting of 15 1/2\" low setting to 20\" high. The bottom base is 11\" wide and the top mounting frame is 7 1/2\" wide with the two tongues sticking out at 3 1/2\". Black paint with minor surface rusts and some paint loss. Base is clearly marked with GS PERRY & CO BOSTON, other marking s are PATENT APLD FOR. NO. 7, L & R, and the numbered level setting. It has a newer bolt, lock washer and nut to tighten it. I do not have the original bolts. They are cleaned and ready for a new coat of paint. These legs are ready to be restored and would make a fine coffee table, a tv stand, entry bench, or a corner lamp desk. Last picture is an example of how these industrial machine age legs are re-purposed and up-cycled today. This one has a very nice Industrial look to it.
