You are offerding on an Antique GamewellFirehouse Alarm from the 1800\'sin a Solid Oak Case with a Nickel-Plated Bell/Gong.The Nickel Plate on the Front Reads \"The Gamewell Fire Alarm TelegraphCo New York.\" The Mechanism is also Marked: \"F. A. Co NY. Patented Jan. 6, 80 - July 7, 81\".

Condition: The OakCase appears to have been Refinished.There is aChip on the Lower Round part of the Outer Oak Case, which is approx. 1/2\",as well as a Chip Right Above it (See Photo).There is alsoa Chip on the Back at the Very Top of the Leaf Carving. The Nickel is Missing onthe Surface of the Bellabout 1/4\" in size, and there are other Surface Scratches on the Bell/Gong.
