Antique German Easter Rabbit Bunny Candy Container and Cart:

This week I am listing a few old Easter decorations.This is a wonderful early 1900\'s candy container with a flocked rabbitpulling a cart. He is a little dusty from being on display over the years, but he is in excellent condition. There are no breaks or flaws on him at all. His eyes appear to be glass and his head can be turned in any direction. The cardboard that fits into the body appears to be original. The adorable little wagon is made of wood and the wheels are heavy cardboard. The grass and little chick are probably later additions. I believe the cart and the rabbit came together, but they are not attached so I am not positive. I bought it that way. There are no marks, but I do believe it is German. There is a small label on the rabbit\'s tummy but it no longer says anything so it could have been a dealer\'s price tag that faded. Overall the piece measures 9\" long and 4.25\" to the top of the rabbit\'s ears. As always, satisfaction guaranteed. Don\'t let this hard to find candy container get away.
