Wonderful antique German Bronze gilt over solid brass jewel casket /dresser box. Done in high relief on all sides and covered with exquisitecherubs. Nice and very heavy[3 lbs.] jewel casket. Measures approximate: 6-1/2\" L x 3-1/4\" W x 2-3/4\"H. Lined with a soft reddish velvet and in excellent condition with no stains that I could see. The box has no heavy scratches, dings or dents and has the normal wear which is to be expected with a piece this age and has a wonderful patina. Unmarked but a known piece by Erhard & Sohne. Haslocking mechanism but no key. The details of the designs in this casket is exquisite. [Note: There are 4 tiny rubber cushions on bottom to keep from scratching furniture and are removable.]
