Ornament of Scottish couple dancing. German origin, from early 1900\'s. Stamped \"Germany\" on one arm. Roughly 3.5\" tall.Jointed arms and legs, connected with wire (which has some rust). Made to hang from wire loop midway between their shared arms. Long black thread is attached to the loop, as if maybe they had been used more as a toy than an ornament.They are made from wood (arms) and composition. The woman\'s dress is crepe paper, everything else is hand-painted on.They have wear, paint chipping, and there are spots and small holes on skirt. Over all, they look very good for their age.Found in my old farm house. Please contact me with any questions.
