Up for sale is aa Antique Paper Mache German Rabbit Candy Container pulling a handmade basket cart that I made for him. The rabbit has amber eyes and his head removes to store treats. He is approx 7-1/2\" tall to the ear tip and approx 6-1/2\" long from nose to tail and has wooden legs. The rabbit and cart together are approx 11\" long and the cart by alone is approx 9-1/4\" long and approx 4\" wide. The cart has wooden rails, axel and wheels and is mounted on a vintage basket from Portugul. The cart attaches to the rabbit with a faux brown suede harness that just rests on the back of the rabbit. The rabbit is of German origin but I could not find a mark. He sports a red tie around his neck that can be removed and the red Easter grass is removable in the cart also. There was some minor repair and paint touch up to his leg joints areas as these rabbits usually have small age lines in that area. He is good to go another 100 years.
