Antique German Santa Claus Riding Reindeer * Rare:

This is a beautiful German Santa riding a wonderful reindeer. The reindeer is covered with soft fur and measures 8\" nose to tail and 11\" to the top of his antlers. He has glass eyes and metal antlers. His colorful trappings are very detailed and have tiny metal fittings. Santa\'s head, hands and boots are hand painted composition and he has a rabbit fur beard. He measures 7\". His clothing is felt with fleece trim. His hood and sleeves are lined with green fabric. Santa carries a feather sprig and a tiny basket. The basket is very well woven and carries a toy sheep and gift package. Both are wooden. Santa has a Made in Germany label on the bottom of his boot. Reindeer is sturdy and stands well. Both Santa and Reindeer have survived the years in Excellent Condition ! A rare Christmas pair. You will like them !
