Highest rarity rating in Collectors Encyclopedia ofBookends.Overall very good antique condition, excellent detailing and beautiful patina with no cracks,chips or repairs. Ears are straight and well-shaped, at attention, and free from any damage.Original felt is intact with original Pompeian Bronze label.On the bases, two corners appear to be faintly worn, slight dip in one dog\'s \"book side\".Measure approx. 8 3/4\" tall, 5\" long, 3\" wide.
