Description

Very hard to read what\'s on her upper back but I\'m almost certain it\'s \"Germany\". She is jointed at the shoulders and hips. No neck swivel. There is a tiny flek of material on the top of her head with a teeny tiny bit of glue residue there I suppose from a hat she once wore? The wig does not come off. The bit of fabric could probably be pulled off but I don\'t want to risk damaging the wig. There are NO chips or flakes of paint on the body parts.
