This antique silver overlay glass pitcher is fresh from a Newport, Rhode Island estate! The hand blown pitcher stands 10 1/4 inches tall and is covered in silver grapes and leaves. The hall mark on the base is extremely worn but there is a number "8655"visible. The base has a polished pontil. This pitcher was more than likely made by Gorham in the 1890's.
