Very attractive silver set of six Ottoman/Greek cups \"Zarfs\"with partialgilded inner partand decoration ring on the base.Around the upper partexist nice decoration garland ofgrapes, vine leaves & branches.The base is decorated with a nice pattern and on the upperpartat theconnection point of base with cup exist around gildedleaves embracingroundlythe main cup body.These type of cups are usually of ornamental metal withouthandle andwere used in Ottoman Empire and especially at Balkans & Middle East,in order to servingseveral sweetdrinks \" Sherbet \" orcoffee.Zarfs were very desirable at the Ottoman Empireregions and today arevery collectable and have very high pricesresult at International sales.
