Very attractive cigarette case. The button appears to be a gold and sapphire example, but they are not tested to this is only going on appearance.The item functions perfectly and as expected with gunmetal, there is some very slight wear, but very little spotting as pictured, great condition.Faberge released gunmetal cases with gold mounts. I am not suggesting this is Faberge, but it may well be Russian and if the button is gold, it may be a high quality piece.Approx 83mm x 75mm.Any questions please ask and happy offerding.
