Beautiful Antique Hand-painted Porcelain Pitcher . Belonged to my grandmother and has been in our family since the early 1900s. Very attractive and colorful. It has no stamp at the base, but the painting looks similar in style to Japanese or Chinese hand -painted china. The base has a black background.
The body of the pitcher is gently fluted. Gold on the rim, the handle, and the base, and gold paint throughout the painting. Painted beautifully with flowers and birds. A handsome piece. No chips. A couple of pinhead depressions that seem to be in the manufacturing but expertly painted over so that they barely show.We sell antiques without any cleaning.Please check the photos and if you need more pictures, I will be happy to send them.
