Estate found...wonderful old antique chocolate Santa Claus tray mold. In good condition, a bit rustic, but, with Christmas around the corner Iwanted to get this charming piece to sale, therefore I am selling as is.The rust is surface rust and should easily clean off with a quick soak in vinegar or a rub down with vegetable oil. I prefer the primitive, rustic charm of this piece. Marked and numbered 2300. Thehallmark is hard to make out, it appears to say Ernst? among other things all withinadiamond pattern. Also what appears to be more numbers after that. On the back is some old yellow paint...I have no idea of the purpose of this. Woulod display wonderfully in a primitive setting. Can be mounted on the wall.Measures approx. 14 1/8\" x 9.5\" x 1\".
