This sale is for an original old envelope or cover with nothing inside that came from Hunter Arms Co., Fulton, New York. It has a nice illustration of what I think is a Springer Spaniel dog on the front in browns, plate and white with a light blue background. The envelope has a 1918 cancellation on it out of Fulton, NY and a cancelled 3 cent stamp. On the bottom of the front of the envelope it says L.C. Smith Hammer, Hammerless, Ejector and Hunter One-Trigger Guns. On the back it has an illustration of what looks like a shotgun and it says: The Hunter One-Trigger is Perfect. At the top it says: All Smith Guns are Guaranteed to Shoot Any Nitro Powder Made and Not Get Loose. I have temporarily covered the address on the front for privacy purposes. Great cover that could be framed. It is empty inside and has been neatly cut open on the right side to retrieve the earlier message. Look at the scan for complete condition.
