Brass with silverplating

Nice condition,
but I do want to point out that
brass is now showing through much of the silverplating

date unknown, looks to be an early Russian item

Ornate design with a horse and a rider hunting
also has the double headed eagle for footing on each side

Stands 4 7/8\" tall
Measures 3 5/8\" wide x 2\" thick

Weighs 13.3 oz

Received at an estate sale in Madison, VA
