Antique Islamic Oriental Persian Asian man figural Hand carved Wood Lamp base- no shade. This TALL Lamp stands 30\" high and I\'m pretty certain this Oriental-Robed man figure is carved wood with a lacquer coat of ceramic and painted black. If you think otherwise, please kindly send a message. However, this is my best description- PLEASE LOOK at photos to determine condition. Some areas of chipped paint that looks as thou it has black touch-up marks in areas, more so on upper backside. The lamp socket works find with a turn-click switch using a standard bulb. The outlet cord is old and stiff- outlet plug functions fine and dates early MidCentury (1940s) This old lamp weighs almost 16 pounds- Please read info below regarding S&H details.
