Beautiful antique Japanese partial Ginbari cloisonné vase. Black ground color highlighted with a crane among lotus flowers executed via the Ginbari technique. Vase approximately 5-1/8 inches tall. Generally good condition; there are any dents or chips. Under a loop, I see two very tight cracks on the crane. These can not be felt on the surface and thus are probably due to temperature changes during the lifetime of the vase. These can be seen with photo enlargement but are not noticeable to the (my) naked eye. Thank you for evaluating this listing.
