Hi,I offer tanto. Quite well preserved. Kurikata was made new.Interesting saya, two colors of varnish, polished. Length of saya 25 cm. There are several small defects in paint, see photos.There is no Kozuka. Tsuka is 9,7 cm long. Original fuchi, kashira from shakudo with birds, water, clouds.SAME is silk.Tsuba, habaki, seppa, kojiri made of copper. Tanto length 34.5 cm. Blade length 24 cm.Hada is visible on the blade, tiny pits, interesting effects on the blade visible against the light.Koshirae is antique, it looks like a set of this blade.
I made an extra TSUKA - it\'s new. Rae is in tea color. Big rae node is before last wrap on omote side. Kashira was made of the buffalo horn with an interesting color structure and copper shitodome. Tsuka wrap is Hoso Jabaraito Kumiage Zuka, made of silk (or synthetic: it does not melt above the fire, burn like cotton) - braided thread 1mm. They were not sewn together, each thread separately. There was no menuki in the original tsuka, so for the new tsuka - I did not set up too. Length of new tsuka - 10 cm.Shigeuchi sageo, made in Japan - is new. (about 90 cm).I am selling this set with two Tsuka. I did not want to restore old Tsuka because I wanted to keep the original look.
