This sale is for an antique Japanese vase acquired in Japan immediately after the 2nd World War. It is 10 inches tall porcelain decorated with an overall pattern of flowers in reds, blues, yellows, purples with extensive gold detailing, a style that might be identified as Satsuma. It is marked with 2 Japanese characters in gold on a red rectangle on the base which I can not read. It is very nicely make and in good condition except for a small chip at the edge of the base which I have attempted to show in the photographs.
