For consideration is a fantastic Russian silver menorah with attached Shabbat. This item came from an estate that was loaded with antique Russian silver. While this item is not hallmarked, it tests positive for silver and it is not a plated piece. It looks as if the hallmark area may have been wiped away or melted at some point. I tried to highlight this area in the photos. There is a repair between the arms and the base and I wondered if the hallmark may have been effected somehow when the menorah was repaired.The twisted overlay is in good condition. There is a scratch on the base of the menorah as pictured. Some wax residue remains, as well. The menorah stands approximately 3.75\" tall by 4\" wide.Please let me know if you have any questions.
