PA. Pat\'d Apr 12, 1904. The metal eye surround is embossed and has
a medallion with a buck and the word MONARCH on it. It measures 12.5\"
in length. The handle on the bottom is made to swivel up and down for
storage and for use. It only stays in the up position if you hold it
with your thumb on the bottom while the rest of your hand is holding the
handle. I am not sure if this is the only way it
stays in the upright position but
this is how this one works...I am selling it \"as it is\". See images.
