This amazing large book measures 21” by 16” and was published by Dixon & Hillen, Oakland, CA in 1925. The book is a collection of period architectural plans for home of the time period (1920’s), with some sections on door and garage design as well. The book is quite thick, with many, many designs. The book is in overall nice condition, although it does show typical wear from age, with page creasing and normal wear. Please see my photos below to have a look at this nice item.
