Antique Majolica Crab & Oyster Plate, 12\" with shells and very fragile foliage. Very colorful, with lots of interesting and fragile decorations. Good condition. One white place on the large foliage next to one of the shells that is under the glaze, and a couple of similar places on two of the smaller shells, but I do not think it is damage. the small foliage has lots of little points, could be some loss due to the fragile nature, but no obvious loss. The back is yellow glaze and rough and has some darker yellow applied, I am thinking by the maker. PARTIAL MINTON MARK & DARKER YELLOW IS GLAZE TOO, NOT PAINT.
