The elderly gentleman this came from said he remembers his dad wearing this back brace while working on the farm when he was a boy. It looks a lot like a weightlifting belt, but I am unsure the original intent. The thick leather is really nice, overall condition is great! Adjustable straps so can be worn for a 32” waist - about 37”. The widest parts measure 6”.
