DETAILS

Continental leather hide covered travel trunk, early 19th c., a low dome strap hinged top with strap hasp and lock opens to the wood interior, the outside with nail head accents and iron carry handles, 12\"h, 33.5\"w, 16.5\"d. Rusted hardware.Gorgeous piece. I assume those are a person\'s initials on top, which may have been added at a later time bythe owner/creator years ago. A beautiful example of old craftsmanship.

Perfect for display & storage. Stunning!Very easy to move from one place to another room, with the handles. Has a Ralph Lauren look to it for creating that Lauren rustic look in your ranch or farm house. Fits easily under this Pottery Barn bench.
