This is an antique vintage mechanical pocket watch dating to circa 1930. This is beautiful, clean, and in very good condition. This was originally owned by Herbert E. Dill of Dallas Texas. Perhaps a wealthy oil man? The back has nicely done art deco H E D initials as shown. It has some minor wear and fine scratches. All will polish out if you so choose. The watch winds, sets and runs. It has not been checked for accuracy. Due to the age of this, it should probably be serviced prior to daily use. This is stem wind and stem set. The case is solid 14k gold, is signed Longines, and it is about 44.5 mm wide not including the crown. The movement is adjusted at 3 positions and it has 17 jewels. The crystal looks okay but it may have some scratches. The dial is very nice and is depicted accurately in the pictures. Please note that all pictures are taken on the macro setting.
