Fabulous antique inlaid folk art box. All original finish, velvet interior, tray, working lock & key, and paper covered bottom. Great vibrant inlaid design on top and all sides. Vibrant cranberry velvet interior with decorated interior lid. Original tray. The velvet is original but may have been added at the turn of the century, the box dates earlier than that. Wonderful alligatored varnish exhibits minor chipping consistent with age. No missing veneer. Fully functional lock and key. Great discreet size measuring approximately 9\'\' long, 5.5\'\' wide, and 4.5\'\'high. All in all a terrific box! please ask any questions you may have.
