This sale features an original Antique Meissen Blue Onion partial Cake Stand with Figurine. This piece would display well with a little repair work, as it shows the following damage; The figurine's hat is broken off in the front, the larger plate is broken and repaired in a few spots with a few chips missing and the smaller plate has some very small chips by the hole in the center. The pedestal is in excellent condition with no issues and the chips on the smaller plate are not visible when the figurine is in place. It is shown as two tiers by using a small spool of thread as a spacer in the photo. The spacer was lost when the larger plate and hat were broken long ago. The figurine and the pedestal are each approximately 7 inches tall. The pedestal is numbered "20", The larger plate is "33", smaller plate is "36" and the figurine's underside is inscribed with a "C12". The pieces are all hallmarked and are guaranteed to be authentic.
